Wire-Free systems work on radio wave technology; this gives you the opportunity to have an alarm system installed and not to worry about seeing cables. The detection equipment works the same way as a standard wired alarm. You can part set an area say for instance the loading bay whilst you are in the building. This means that if anyone broke into the protected area your alarm will be activated and the sirens will go off.

When you have left your business the alarm system takes over and will alert our monitoring station immediately of activation. You will then be notified immediately and the police can then be called.

Service Contracts & Call-Outs

Product Solutions offer both a service contracts and non-contracted Call-Out Service. Our Example Service Contract Levels are below. As all systems are different we are un-able to include example pricing, so please contact our service team who will be able to help you further. If you have a system with a fault or would like a maintenance carried out, and not interested in taking out a service contract with us please let us know and we will assist you with our non-contracted rates.

Bronze - 1or 2 Maintenance Visit and Covers Telephone Support

Commercial Panic Alarm Unit

Protect Solutions now offer a unique Panic Alarm System with a wide range of uses. The unit can be installed behind counter area's in a bar and the staff have either a static panic button behind a counter or wireless panic buttons that they can wear on their wrist or belt. The system can also be connected into your existing Intruder Alarm System, so we can monitor your system around the clock.

If the members of staff feel they are at risk for any reason they can activate the panic button, once this is done the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) automatically open a two way audio channel. This gives the ARC the ability to listen into the premises and also allows them to speak to the staff. Your staff therefore have the use of an unlimited Panic Button Option without the worry that your police response will be withdrawn. The ARC staff will speak to the staff and also listen into the area then they will make the decision based on what they hear whether the police are required or not.
